Jackson Hole Writers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports and expands the literary community of Jackson, Wyoming and surrounding areas by providing unique educational programming, professional training, and creative impetus to writers. We hope to serve aspiring writers, established professionals, or simply aficionados of great stories who come together for the love of writing.

The annual Jackson Hole Writers Conference brings top agents, editors and authors together each June for a celebration of the craft of writing.

Jackson Hole Writers hosts workshops and craft intensives throughout the year. These special events are designed for writers of all levels and aim to provide a deep dive into specific aspects of the craft of writing.

Meet fellow writers, find new friends, and share your work. Whether you’re an aspiring writer, an established professional, or simply an aficionado of great stories, we hope you’ll join us and celebrate… for the love of writing!

Your support ensures that great stories continue to be told. You can can support Jackson Hole Writers by making a one-time donation, by joining our exclusive Friends of the Pen program, or by volunteering your time and talent.
