Registration for the 2026 Conference opens in March
Critiques
- Manuscript critique requirements will be posted in the spring of 2026.
- If you are registered for critiques, we need your manuscripts emailed to us by AUGUST 31st.
- No critiques are available WITHOUT full registration for the conference.
- Registrants may sign up for only one set of short critiques (single manuscript) and only one extended critique (single manuscript). If you pay a second registration fee, we are happy to accommodate your request for additional critiques, but only for the short critiques with a manuscript in a different genre. We do not allow a second extended critique. Extended critique availability is very limited.
- Not ALL of the faculty provide critiques.
Teen Writer
- If you are a parent or responsible adult, you can register for BOTH yourself and your teen writer! Critiques for each participant MUST be paid for separately. Register the parent first, and then register the teen and include the name of the accompanying adult on the teen registration.
Cancellation Policy
- Early Registration will be posted in the spring of 2026.
- The registration fee, minus a $50 service fee, is refundable if you cancel by the 2026 cancellation date.
- Half of the registration fee is refundable if you cancel within two weeks of the cancellation date, or 100% may be applied to the 2027 conference.
- After the cancellation period, the registration fee no longer refundable, but it may be applied to the 2027 conference.
- After opening ceremonies on the first day of the conference, all registration fees become non-refundable and cannot be applied to a subsequent conferences.
